The Legacy Begins
In the early years, Blanton & Griffin was a small, family-run insurance agency. Lou Blanton and Archie Griffin officially merged to form the agency in 1985. However, they were building on a family legacy of almost 90 years tracing back to 1920. The motto for this merger was “Two Proud Pasts, One Bright Future.”
The Legacy Continues
Since the merger, we have welcomed new agencies and employees through mergers and acquisitions to our family. Today, we are “Many Proud Pasts, One Bright Future.” We continue to build on this by having the next generation lead us forward to what’s next.
